Hotel Pick-Up Service
Most hotels offer a pick-up service either by bus or private limousine.
You can book your hotel directly through the link to our hotel partner HRS.
Costs for the pick up service may vary.

Maglev Train (Transrapid)
The Maglev train runs every 15 minutes. This high-speed train brings you to Long Yang Road in only 8 minutes. Outside the station you can take a taxi to your final destination as the city centre is only 15 – 20 minutes away.
The price for a one way ticket is 50 RMB (around EUR 5) and 40 RMB for passengers holding a valid airline ticket.

Operating time: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Taxi
When you arrive in Shanghai and wish to go to your hotel or directly to the venue, please exit the arrival hall of the airport building. Here you will find the official taxi stand. We strongly advise you not to use the taxi service offered by people in the arrival hall, they have no taxi meter or business licence and foreigners that don’t speak Chinese are their “prey”.

A taxi will cost about RMB 100 to RMB 150 (10 – 15 Euros) from the airport to downtown Shanghai and takes around 45 minutes.
